Féileacán agus an Rí - the dance show

What an experience it was to collaborate with choreographer Clara Kerr on a dance show based on 'An Féileacán agus an Rí'! Blending my words, Shona's stunning artwork and Clara's own dance magic for 3 shows in the Cultúrlann and the Ulster Folk Museum. There were so many people, organisations and talents behind this project - that in itself was an inspiration. Our partners included Holywood Shared Town, the Cultúrlann, Young at Art, the Arts Council of NI, Aisling School of Irish Dance, Belfast City Airport, the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, Futa Fata and the National Museums of Northern Ireland. Here is a video of the show. We really hope this isn't the end for this show.
